[PLUG] Trixbox Asterisk Appliance Help

General maintenance.

It's also likely time to upgrade asterisk itself on the box.

I'm happy to make the introduction and go over with you what I had done
when setting them up.

They really just need someone that wants to work on this type of box and
can actually help them when needed.  They call about twice a year for some
type of maintenance/phone addition/menu question.

My contact is actually quite adept at getting around, he just doesn't know
anything about the config files and setup.

They get their copper lines from Integra and they have made some changes
several times to the lines that have needed some reconfiguring of the
asterisk scripts for the trunks a few times.

Integra of course denies they ever change anything...
