The older stuff, like the Soekris 45xx boards (133 Mhz AMD ElanSC520)
are super-slow on launching ssh sessions for us, like 30 seconds
regardless of link-speed. Clearly some kind CPU issue. Fortunately,
we only have a few of those floating around in the field, and we
rarely have to log in to them. ;-) Even the Soekris 48xx boards are
much better. I think they must do some kind of NSA-offload (rot13?),
they encrypt super-fast!
