[PLUG] Multi-page TIFF

Now this starts to clear things up for me a bit, I am assuming that
the viewers that did work perhaps were not as demanding regarding
the magic file number, but they probably tightened it up in the newer
code so now they look for that number, not finding it, they make do
with what they can. I see that depending on what type of system,
it can be little endian (Intel) or big endian (Motorola as example) I
assume that almost all we will see is the first.
