[PLUG] Desktop Computer Monitor choice

I have had good luck with Asus VE228H both for personal use and at 
customers sites. One thing I liked was that there were not electronics 
in the base so I could remove the base and attach it to a mount such as 
a wall mount or swiveling mount arm.
