Can you ping 192.168.0.1?
If it was me, i'd attach a serial console and figure out what's
happening. But the average consumer is expected to just power cycle
the thing when they have any trouble ;-).
Also, please consider throwing that thing in the recycling bin and
getting yourself a decent modern wireless router. We have really been
liking the Buffalo WZR600DHP, but there are lots of others in that
general class. I'd advise picking one that has OpenWrt support, for
maximum flexibility.
