   I log in to the CUPS interface and can futz with jobs (deleted the two
hung up in there) and printers.

   I'll look at those tomorrow morning. I'll also try the color laserjet.

   Stopping/restarting the CUPS daemon shows it as an available process, but
lpr won't connect to the printer and lpstat shows the same problem. Makes no
sense to me.

   Hope it's not too cold in Missoula. The mountains are nice, though.
