Hi,

I appreciate the interest that people here are showing in the “entry-level” Red
Hat exams. I say “entry-level” loosely, as the RHCSA and RHCE are intended for
administrators with experience (the literature suggests “1-3” years).

As the author of
http://www.amazon.com/RHCSA-Linux-Certification-Study-Edition/dp/0071765654 ,
I’ve taken the RHCE exam 3 times.

When I last took the exam a few years back, I wanted to take it in Seattle, but
they were cancelled a couple of times. Look for the “Guaranteed to Run” dates.

(Wes, if you’re interested, I can bring you a copy of my RHCSA/RHCE books when
we meet in the next few days.)

Anyone here on this list studying for the exams is welcome to contact me, on
list or privately.

Thanks,
Mike
