[PLUG] Tuning httpd.conf

When you say, "does not load", does that mean you get a blank page? Or a
404 page? Another error? Or does it display the contents of login.pl?

You might get a hint from the error log. Not sure where this lives on
Slackware, but generally /var/log/apache or /var/log/httpd.
