[PLUG] followup on wireless printer question

Russell Johnson's comments were indeed correct.  OpenSuse 13.1 did
detect the printer after I enable the network manager, and then opened
up an "add printer" routine.

The Epson WF-2540 was detected, and CUPS selected the correct printer
driver and I am now able to print to it, using LibreOffice Document
writer.
