I'll check that later after I remember where Ubuntu
moved /var/log/messages to.

The line now says:
/media *(rw,no_subtree_check,root_squash)
And the above line is commented out. I did sudo exportfs -a again, and
on the client umounted and then mounted the share using the same
command as above. Still get permission denied when I try to view the
share.
