   And I ran my own SMTP server until Frontier bought Verizon's land line
business. The Frontier routers are incompativle with my ISP's routers in
supporting static IP addresses so I had to switch to dynamic IP addresses
provided by Frontier--and changed very frequently by them--with outgoing
mail relayed by my ISP's server.
