[PLUG] RPi "UPS"

I just checked the two battery backups I have, both of them will power the
RPi
until power is applied to the battery, at that point the internal circuitry
discon-
nects the RPi, I have to manually reconnect it on one, and on the other it
will
not power the RPi at all with the battery taking charge.
