[PLUG] Show of hands/poll on tcpdump

I'm rusty, but could spin up quick with man pages and Google

I used it for network issue debug quite a lot ages ago. I'm not sure what it 
says about me or the level of encrypted traffic, but I managed to avoid 
networking issues calling for the use of tcpdump in the last number of years.
