[PLUG] Python-based web frameworks comparison

   Django is a solid web development framework but it has a fairly steep
learning curve ... at least for me. Has anyone here experience with Flask?

   I want to develop a web-based application that will permit clients to
upload data which are stored in PostgreSQL databases. Would Flask be an
appropriate tool for this and have a shorter, less steep learning curve for
a non-professional developer like me?
