Ken,

   Spent some time with margins and page size and was able to get the .odt
the way I want it. Also saved it as a PDF file and used an on-line converter
<http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-svg> to create the .svg version.

   I must have been insufficiently caffinated in earlier attempts to get this
done correctly.
