Yeah, the field technicians have always been top notch, in my
experience.  It's sales/billing/management that are horrible (by
strategic business decision).  

When the revolution comes, the field technicians will all have jobs.
The rest of them will loaded on the Golgafrinchan Ark Fleet Ship B with
account executives, hair dressers, tired TV producers, insurance
salesmen, personnel officers, security guards, public relations
executives and management consultants.
