[PLUG] Tweaking PDFs, font size and color

My fastest and easiest solution in cases like this is to simply select and
copy the text and paste it into a LibreOffice document and tweak as
necessary. As long as there are not a lot of images or tables, it usually
works quite well. Crude, but effective.
