[PLUG] OSCON Step One

On to step two!

O'Reilly kindly announced that PLUG will have a booth at OSCON!

I'll talk to JJJ about updating the flier. The ancient photos and David 
Mandel focus could use some love.

I rummaged through my posters for LFWN (it was great!) and I still have 
quite a few PLUG ones. We might be good on that front!
