[PLUG] Incoming mail not delivered to inbox: how to find why

   Additional information: restarting postfix makes no difference.
/var/spool/mail/rshepard was last accessed yesterday at 12:30 pm:

-rw-rw---- 1 rshepard mail 207100 Jan 15 12:30 rshepard

so that must be when the stoppaged occured.

   Ideas, please.
