[PLUG] gedit not printing 2nd page

Well, duh! Sorry to have bothered you guys. The dialog was set for 1
page (how that happened is unknown, but it now prints everything.) I have
not figured out how to change a setting and get it to stick reliably. I
have to check everything from now on.
