Is the To: address the list or your specific email?

If you examine the headers, does the mail traverse through domain
spiretech.com, which seems to be the domain hosting the list
manager.

I'm seeing almost none of the SPAMs people are reporting except
from the South African helpdesk replies, which likely are not SPAM.

This indicates to me that the emails have been harvested and
are being used as direct destinations, bypassing the list.  Whether
they end up "on the list" for you would depend on how you have your mail
client configured to classify mail and how it identifies list messages.
