[PLUG] Returning to SW Portland after 6 Years- Suggestions for Broadband incl Cable , DSL & Fiber Optic.

Depending on where you live, you might have other options.  For example,
fixed wireless like Stephouse or similar.  Fixed wireless is limited to
where you have line-of-sight from your roof to one of their points of
presence.  Some apartment buildings might have FiberSphere or some
alternative fiber carrier, but that's pretty spotty.
