[PLUG] Some how my system boots into text mode

I might add to that, if gdm is what you have installed for a display
manager, try this as well:

# systemctl unmask gdm.service
# systemctl enable gdm.service
# systemctl start gdm.service

And then also post back to the list this if it's still not working:

# systemctl status gdm.service
