[PLUG] How do I talk to it

Folks, I have a radio that uses a USB link to an STMicro device. It shows
up on my laptop as an SDMicroSD Flash. I need a program that I run in
Wine to see it but cannot figure out how to make it visible to the program.

Any idea of how to make it visible in wine so I can load a code plug into
