Well just to dig myself in a little deeper. Those three boxes might create
the config file and if so they would not create it in /etc because a user
program can't write to /etc. It would probably write it to a file in
/home/jjj/.config or similar. Also if you really want it to be available
over the network you will have to give it an external network address like
192.168.1.0 or? Instead of localhost. The same warnings still apply!
