No. When I selected the WiFi icon Android found all the access points in the
neighborhood with mine at the top of the list. I selected mine and entered
my user password for network hosts as I never set up a user password for me
on the WAP.

This was after I entered the admin password and that failed to authenticate.

I believe that the WAP is set to use only the MAC address of the Sony Vaio
laptop as that's been the only host working through it. Perhaps the WAP is
set to use DHCP. That's why I want to access the unit's admin page so I can
see how it's set up because this was done years ago.

All hosts were checked with nmap yesterday.
