[PLUG] Warcraft II BNE v 2 on Fedora 29...

I'm using Wine and I'm having a problem with Warcraft only using about
an 1/8th of the screen.  My screen is 1920x1080 where Warcraft II seems
to expect 800x600.  Even if the screen were centered instead of in the
top left with the rest black, that would be better.  I've tried
winecfg, but I don't know which tweaks work and which ones don't.
