[PLUG] Distro suggestions

I'm not saying Microsoft does or does not have anything to add to the Linux
universe, however I would point out that Canonical is big enough to
interact with Microsoft at a high level and not be swallowed whole by them.
I realize this has gone poorly in the past, but I don't think this should
disqualify them from participating.
