[PLUG] Modem Retrains Every 1/2 hour or so

Sounds like a bad connection to me.

But I'm not an expert and haven't seen that particular problem before.

However, my best advice to take care of it is to ignore the call centers
and find your closest retail store. Go there in person and talk to someone.
They'll likely send out a tech, and they've always been very competent, in
my experience. The call centers are just corporate BS and never seem to
take care of anything, other than wasting your time.
