[PLUG] PLUG HAS A VENUE PROBLEM

Fwiw, we seem to be making progress at PSU.

That said, I am sure that Control H would be a welcoming venue. Though it
isn't centrally located, it's on a MAX line, so it's not optimal, but it's
a reasonable place to keep in mind as a fallback option.
