Another problem you will encounter is that a lot of early C on the
Microsoft compilers are version specific. You have to have the same
version of compiler that was used to get it to compile correctly. (There
were all sorts of quirks that changed between versions.) MASM code was a
bit more portable, but still messy. The drivers will also be a nightmare
to get working.

Q: Why do programmers confuse Halloween and Christmas?
A: Because OCT 31 == DEC 25.
