[PLUG] 9 Tb only allocated 200 Gb

I tried this command:
root at komodo:/home/kp4djt# vgchange -s 2t ubuntu-vg
  Physical extent size cannot be larger than <2.00 TiB.
  Volume group "ubuntu-vg" successfully changed

But on review see no change in the PE.
