Can't answer your questions. The cable from the FiOS box on the inside wall
goes to my Ubiquity EdgeRouter-X. I doubt that's sufficient for an ISP but
it does work with ZiplyFiber (ugly name but they bought Frontier
Communications which bought Verizon, at least out here).
