[PLUG] Internet Service for Non-Profits?

One of the Google results that I perused mentioned that one community's
Municipal Internet Service was able to provide subsidized pricing for
organizations that were serving the community.

Perhaps something to keep in mind with Portland's Municipal Internet
initiative.
