[PLUG] Dell Optiplex 745 video

One idea (I am not putting any particular value on the merit of the
idea) is to reset the BIOS to default, remove the extra video card,
and see if you get VGA video that way. There is usually a jumper or
something to reset the BIOS, check the motherboard manual for the
procedure.
