[PLUG] Issues with /etc/apt/sources.list

I finally posted on Ubuntu upgrade forums where I got the answer. It
turns out that the problem was in lines 2 and 36 (which are basically
identical - not that I could see that), not lines 4 and 37. After I
commented out line 36 the problem disappeared. 

Another question is why the error messages got the line numbers wrong.
If they had given me the right numbers I might have been able to fix
it right off. Of course, I could also have fixed it easily if I had
known how to read. :(
