[PLUG] Recording non-downloadable videos

Sorry yes, these are not screen capture tools, they grab either the
complete file or save the stream itself to a newly created file. It even
can pick the highest resolution file available on the server (so it'll grab
the 1080p version even if the website wants to stream the 720p one).
