if they're serious about it, they would sign up for the blacklists
service's feedback loop so they can get automated reports every time an
incident occurs. they can take action on the customers abusing the system.
then they'll be delisted automatically.

the fact that this isn't happening is an indicator of linode's level of
care on the subject.
