[PLUG] Chromebook from Multnomah County library

Greetings, all.

Has anyone checked out a Chromebook from the Multnomah County library?

In newer versions of ChromeOS you can enable a Linux VM.  I would try this
myself, but I am out of town and won't be back for several weeks.

While I was in Arizona, I checked out a Chromebook from the library and had
no issues with enabling the Linux VM ( runs Debian ) and was even able to
install Docker on it.  I used this site as a guide:

Before returning, I did a PowerWash.
