[PLUG-ANNOUNCE] Announcement: PLUG meeting this Thursday

The ice and snow have Dave stuck in Springfield, so he asked me to remind
everyone about the the meeting Thursday. He has not heard back from PSU
about the room reservation - the best thing to do is to go to the normal
room (#298 in Smith Center) and look for signs.

Chris Jantzen will be giving a presentation on User Mode Linux. The
meeting will run from 7 to 9 PM.
