      Lars works at Oregon State University's Open Source Lab
      where he is "The Persistent Purveyor of Python" and has
      been working on projects associated with Mozilla.org.
      In his talk Lars will describe:

      How do you coordinate hundreds of mirror wites into a 
      reliable software distruibution system?
