[PLUG-ANNOUNCE] Alternate parking for PLUG/Stallman meeting tonight

There may be a large protest and hundreds or thousands of extra
people around PSU tonight (Thursday) at 7PM.   This may change your
travel and parking plans regards the PLUG/Stallman meeting tonight.
I plan to park a long way away from PSU, and enjoy the walk.
