We are a growing company that specializes on digital spherical video.  I
just hired 4 software engineers and I need two more linux gurus. Our next
gen systems are based on Linux and high-end distributed fault-tolerant
hardware.

1).  FULLTIME/Short term consult to hire: Systems Administrator/Network
Engineer for product development and field support.
-Must be thoroughly grounded in linux configuration and installation.
-Must know your way around hardware and software for SysVinit,
 journal file systems, GB ethernet (fiber and copper) and disciplined
 configuration management techniques.
-Highly desired: Cisco experience for IP multicast/unicast routing and
fault
 tolerant switch clusters configuration - e.g. Cisco switches 3550-12T/G,
6506/9
-Highly desired: Embedded systems configuration and support (PC104 and
linux)
-Desired:  SAN experience, 1 GB/2 GB switch fabrics, multi terabyte
repositories
-Desired:  Shared files such as the PolyServe Matrix server or, IBM GPFS or
Sistina GFS
-Desired:  Informix SE/Dynamic server, DB2, or Oracle admin experience
-Desired:  SNMP management of linux systems

2).  FULLTIME: Senior Software Engineer
-BSCS or equivalent
-Must have 5 years experience C++ (years experience with C doesn't count)
-Must understand Object Oriented software development and modeling
-Must have extensive Solaris, AIX, HP-UX or Linux application development
experience
-Must understand IP protocol application development
-Must be familiar with threaded application development
-Must be experience in embedded systems development for linux 2.4.x kernels
-Must have linux device driver development experience
-Must have experience in Distributed Object technologies (CORBA)
-Desired: Experience in SNMP, XML applications highly desired
-Desired: Java, database Oracle, Informix, DB2 application experience
-Desired: technical team lead experience
-Desired: Familiar with Booch, OMT development methodologies
-Desired: Design Pattern experience
-Desired: UNIX system admin experience
-Desired: System wide test engineer experience a plus
