We are a Leading edge technology company that specializes in digital
spherical video.  We now need to add another engineer in the next 60
days to round out a team for new project requirements.  We are located
in the Oldtown area of downtown Portland, OR. Our office is conveniently
located near public transportation with all the amenities you simply

FULL-TIME: Software Engineer
-BSCS or equivalent

MUST HAVE:
-Extensive UNIX/linux application development
 experience (Linux preferred)
-Solid recent experience in C for low-level applications
-UNIX/Linux device driver development experience
-Understanding of multi-threaded application development
-Understanding of the PCI Bus and DMA-based device drivers

HIGHLY DESIRED:
-Recent experience in low level applications using C++ (gcc 2.9x/3.x)
-Experience in embedded systems development for linux 2.4.x kernels
-Win32 device driver experience
-Understanding of object oriented software development techniques

DESIRED:
-Experience IEEE 1394, USB 1.x/2.0, Fiber Channel protocols
-Experience in video compression technologies such as MPEG 2/4
-Experience in software modeling technologies (UML)
-Experience in distributed object technologies (CORBA preferred)
-Understanding of design patterns and the application of them
-System admin experience
-System wide test engineer experience a plus
