work with many of the leading firms such as Microsoft, Boeing, IBM,
Starbucks etc., in Seattle area.
Client: IT Organization of a 10 billion dollar global logistics leader.

Skills:

Required:
Solaris, Unix, Veritas FS, VM, Cluster Server, H/W and S/W available
redundant systems, Web 3Tier architecture, J2EE, Sun H/W.
5 years Sun Solaris experience.
Networking infrastructure/distributed environment experience.
iPlanet performance and tuning.
Non-Programming Java based tools.
Experience with command line functions as well as console functions -
LDAP (SunOne directory server or equivalent), Strong Scripting
(Perl,Shell).
LDAP Directory services
Performance tuning; application servers, webserver.

Non Technical Skills - Required:
Good communication skills
Cross functional experience
Interest in long term, Convert to direct hire.

Nice to have:
Experience working with development teams deploying Java applications
System monitoring products (i.e: Tivoli or HP Openview)
Authentication server S/W (Oblix)
Veritas Tools (Volume Manager, Cluster etc)
Java or other development experience
Linux, or other *Nux
HA systems, oracle clustering, fault tolerance
Weblogic 6.0 or 7.0 an asset
Network Administration
