Necessary Skills 
. Webservices, SOAP, XML, XML RPC, XSML, XSLT, WSDL, JMS and experience in
enterprise integration pattern (EIP) for messaging.
. Java application refactoring experience (alignment to best practices,
standard design patterns)
. JMS/ESB knowledge, experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA),
Event Driven Architecture (EDA), Java Business Integration (JBI) would be
advantageous. We are currently using Servicemix/ActiveMQ.
. Experience in agile development methodologies, specifically practices such
as Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration
Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have): Good communication skills and
