This is a replacement for the popular WRAP x86 embedded wireless boards that have now been discontinued. The old wrap board allowed LEDs to be turned on and off via simple 8-bit port commands, and it had a built-in processor-based hardware watchdog, but the new ALIX requires 32-bit atomic reads/writes to its GPIO for these functions. Someone's already done this work under bsd: http://www.mail-archive.com/misc at openbsd.org/msg52677.html and a 2.6 kernel: http://www.imedialinux.com/forum/howto_manipulating_front_leds_on_alix2 https://dev.openwrt.org/attachment/ticket/2771/alix_led.patch but we need it for 2.4.23. If this is something you'd like to handle, please email or give me a call. Thanks, Tom Sharples 360.243.7371 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
