Skills wanted:

Embedded Linux and/or RTOS (QNX, VxWorks, uCOS, ARC, etc).  ARM, XScale,
PowerPC, PowerQUICC, PIC, and/or various uController architectures.
Embedded web servers and/or databases.  Bluetooth and/or WiFi/WiMax may
come in handy.  C/C++ would be the main languages, GNU compiler,
makefile and linker script knowledge, and source repositories like
Subversion, CVS, or git.
