[PLUG-JOBS] Sr. Systems Analyst - WCC - Position Description

Hello PLUG,

 

I am currently working to fill a fairly unique, senior level systems
analyst role that specifically requires experience in Websphere Customer
Center (in a cross platform environment).  The successful candidate will
be responsible for WCC implementations and driving solution use and
services re-use in a centralized fashion, facilitating the transition
from the prior siloed development. Additionally, this position will
define policies and projects in investigating and deploying data
solutions, data stewardship as well as governance, naming conventions
and the appropriate user level rights to such systems across the
enterprise.
