Embedded UI Software Developer

and be responsible for the design and software implementation of an
industry leading oscilloscope. The AZAD consultant will possess 5 or
more years of software development experience, as well as, a solid
understanding of usability and product requirement issues.   

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and
experience:

- Strong working knowledge of C, C++, embedded software development and
revision control systems.

- Significant experience in designing graphical user interfaces. 

- Provide timely technical risk assessments, schedule estimates and
status reports. 

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.   

- Any experience in the following is a plus: Linux operating systems,
software design methodologies and unit test techniques, solid
understanding of full product development life cycle (specification
through product delivery).

Embedded Software Developer

This is an excellent opportunity to join AZAD's team of professionals
and be responsible for developing real-time multi-threaded software for
an embedded device running a Linux operating system. The AZAD consultant
must possess strong experience with board bring up and hardware/software
integration with at least 5 years experience with embedded software,
device drivers and real-time operating systems.   

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and
experience:

- C/C++ programming. 

- GNU toolchain (gcc, gdb, etc.) 

- Experience with HW/SW interfaces and programming hardware. 

- Experience with low level C and assembly language coding for
microcontrollers and DSPs is highly desirable. 

- Any experience in the following is a plus: developing software for
FPGAs and ASICS, NIOS core, ARC core (or other embedded cores), ARM
and/or PowerPC SOC CPUs, JTAG, USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C and other low
speed serial technologies, network protocols such as TCP/IP, TFTP, DHCP,
NFS, etc.
